SO... some of y'all may know, but my family, boyfriend, and I just went on a trip to New York City to celebrate my birthday! (See birthday dinner outfit here.) It was a blast, so I also wanted to tell you a couple fun things we did on our vacation for anyone that was interested in visiting NYC in the future.

Magnolia Bakery: That super yummy cupcake from the pics above? It's from the oh-so-famous Magnolia Bakery. I have a *major* sweet tooth, so I wanted to find a great cupcake place in the city. I've heard about Magnolia Bakery for years now, and it definitely lived up to all the hype!






Central Park: One of my priorities for this trip was to visit Central Park! I really wanted to ride the carousel and rent a rowboat to pretend I was in one of those cute, cheesy movies (I guess I've watched too many romantic comedies, haha). Pro tip: Wait until later in the day to rowboat because it can get pretty hot out there in the warmer months!
