Wedges (SO comfy!)
Nothing makes me happier than an impromptu day-cation! This past Wednesday, I went down to New Orleans with my mom and grandmother for a little shopping and food. Every time I visit NOLA I fall a little more in love!
I wanted something casual and cute for the day, so I threw on this pinstripe-esque top with some denim shorts I recently purchased. (Side question: Does anyone else have the hardest time finding appropriate blue jean shorts? They're all so short on me!) I bought both the top and shorts at Baton Rouge boutiques: the top is from Love & the shorts from Champs Elysees. I paired the outfit with neutral accessories: this Gigi New York bag (love the tassel detail), my favorite summer wedges, some gold Ray-bans, and a gold bar necklace (cheaper option here).
